Empowering Young Students: Annual Back-to-School Supply Drives
Every August from 2020 through 2025, Meds4Kidz Foundation has organized our Annual Back-to-School Supply Drive in South Florida. Education is a fundamental gateway to breaking cycles of poverty, yet thousands of local families struggle to afford the mandatory tools and clothing required for the classroom.
Under the leadership of Ariela Tejada, our team equips underserved and vulnerable students with everything they need to begin the academic year with confidence: brand-new backpacks, grade-appropriate notebooks, binders, STEM calculators, art supplies, and new school sneakers.
This initiative works hand-in-hand with our Big Buddy Program, which pairs student volunteers with unaccompanied youth and children living without their parents in South Florida. Beyond physical supplies, our volunteers provide weekly one-on-one tutoring, ESL support, and meaningful friendship throughout the school year.
